The first NYC launch didn’t land. The relaunch changed everything.With a full rebrand and James Harden fronting the effort, Gopuff came back with something sharper — built for New York, and ready to scale to the UK.

This wasn’t a rollout. It was a reset. Lucy led photography production across London and built the system that carried it—assets designed to travel across social, OOH, and email without losing impact. Everything worked together to make the brand feel present, fast, and culturally in step across both markets. The result: a relaunch that stuck — and gave Gopuff real traction in two of the most competitive markets.
